Adding alt text onto images helps students who are blind or low vision access the content in the image. Note: This project is only available to individuals with a Canvas admin account.

The process for adding alt text to an image is quite simple, but it is important to first have a good understanding of why alt text is important and how to write helpful and effective alt text.
