Syllabus Rubric

Here is a syllabus rubric that appears to be very thoughtfully designed with a lot of attention to the literature’s greatest hits in the realm of learning-focused course design. It’s put together by a small team at the Center for Teaching Excellence at the University of Virginia.

USHE HIPs-based Rubric

UTLG participating institutions collaborated on a formative teaching observation rubric for faculty based upon AAC&U's high impact practices and the underlying teaching techniques identified by George Kuh and Ken O'Donnell in 2014.
